Correction of midface and tear trough volume

Volume deficiency at a level below the inferior eyelids makes the orbital margin more visible and contributes to the hollowness of the tear trough.
The treatment consists of deep filler injections close to bone at this level (the middle third or midface) and in the tear trough proper.
