Reconstruction of congenital earlobe deficiency

This lady was born without right earlobe. In three opertions under local anaesthesia, with intervals of two and three weeks respectively, skin from behind the ear was detached and used for the reconstruction. After one year a scar correction was performed.
Age category: 25-29 yrs.
