Secondary Correction with Filler after Surgery

After rhinoplasty elsewhere, the patient complained from a depression on the right side of the nasal dorsum, best visible on the frontal view, and from excessive roundness  and lack of projection of the tip.
The correction was obtained by the injection of 1 ml of filler, increasing tip support, tip projection and filling the concavity in the dorsum.
The result was still obvious after one year and nine months.
Age category: 35 - 39 years.
