Until 14 August 2024, candidate models for eyelid surgery may contact us. Eligible candidates are ageing upper and lower eyelids, baggy lower eyelids (bulging fat tissue), ptosis (drooping of one or both eyelid edges themselves), drooping eyebrows.
Educational purpose of the project: filming the operation as part of continuous medical education for physicians. One or more of the edited films will be shown at a leading medical congress, and remain available via secure access for consultation by interested doctors.
The models are primarily patients. A treatment proposal will be issued and they will make a final decision only after a reflection period of at least 15 days. The fee for making the images available is a greatly reduced rate.
This is a one-off project, and a departure from the general rule of not seeking models for surgical corrections. There is no point in contacting us about other surgeries or doing so after the date mentioned. Applicants must live close enough to be followed up with sufficient ease.
