This young lady presented with marked breast asymmetry. The right breast was reduced by liposuction. Subsequently, in the same operative session, it was attached to the greater pectoral muscle in a higher position through a small incision in the fold under the breast. This technique is only suitable for small reductions, and only in case the skin is elastic enough.
