The visibility of the inferior orbital margin (including the tear trough) was diminished by injection of a resorbable filler. One month later, the middle third of the face (the "midface") was injected to dissimulate the continuation of the tear trough into the cheek. Finally, after another month, the orbital margin was treated again. The result was photographed three weeks after the last treatment.
