Penis Enlargement by Injection of Fillers

After treatment with a different filler elsewhere, this patient developed capsular contracture with hard nodules. Although the filler could have been dissolved, the patient opted to let it in place, thereby avoiding volume loss. The irregularities were partially hidden and the volume was further increased by injections of a well-tolerated filler.
Age category: 30 - 45 years.
