Small Skin Lesions: Shaving and Laser Treatment

These skin lesions were shaved down to the level of the skin under local anaesthesia and sent for histologic examination. The remainder of the lesions was removed from the dermis with the CO2 laser. The skin surface remains smooth after three months, but the temporary pink discoloration has not yet disappeared completely.
