Abdominoplasty and Buttock Lift (Torsoplasty)

This lady had developed severe skin laxity by losing 45 kg. of weight. The first operation for the correction of skin folds was a torsoplasy: an abdominoplasty and a buttock lift in one session. All skin between the belly-button and the pubic area was removed, as well as a band of skin from the lower back area. The belly-button was put back in its original place.
