This lady developed severe skin excess after losing 45 kgs. of weight. After a buttock lift and abdominoplasty (torsoplasty), which are described elsewhere on this website, an important excess of skin and flaccid fat tissue remained on the inner aspect of the thighs.
In the groin, skin has been removed, in order to lift sagging tissues. Between the groin and the inner aspect of the knees, a vertical strip of skin has been removed to restore normal tension to the tissues. The effect is visible over the entire contour of the thighs, and it also enhances the contour of the hips.
