Augmentation of Tuberous Breasts, Pectus Excavatum

This lady had an underdevelopment of the breasts, mainly of the lower parts, and a slightly retracted chest (pectus excavatum). A breast augmentation with implants shifted the inframammary fold downwards. Inevitably, a small indentation of the lower pole of the breast still shows the previous position of the inframammary fold. The chest wall retraction was not treated, but it became less noticeable after the augmentation.
Age category: 30 - 34 years.
Implant volume: 240 cc.
