Breast augmentation

The lower pole of tuberous breasts is underdeveloped in comparison to the upper part. This anatomy leads to drooping of the breasts early in life. The tissue under the areola is protruding. The lower poles were expanded by the insertion of breast implants, but the typical pear shape of tuberous breast persists. The diameter and the protrosion of the areolae could have been reduced by the excision of a ring of skin. This option was not carried out to avoid visible scars in the middle of the breasts.
Age category: 25 - 29 years.
Implant volume: 270 cc. on the right and 300 cc. on the left.
