Eye Contour: A-Frame and Inferior Orbital Margin

After surgery on the eye sockets elsewhere, for functional reasons, the patient complained of light asymmetry of the upper eyelids, with a little more hollowness medially on the right side. This is called "A-frame deformity" because the hollowness has a tendency to interrupt the smooth curve of the upper border of the eyelid with an inverted V or A-shape. The patient also wanted some more volume at the transition between the lower eyelids and the cheeks to look more like before the operation.
For the entire treatment 1 ml of filler was used. The result persists after 10½ months.
Age category: 35 - 39 years.
