This lady requested a reduction of the bulbous nose tip. She did not like the clear separation between its left and right cartilage. The nasal dorsum (the bony skeleton) was not changed at all. The tip cartilages were trimmed and approximated to each other.
A gradual refinement of the tip can be expected to occur over a year after the operation, as the inner scars are maturing.
The last image of the series shows the external scar on the lower side of the nose. It has already become almost invisible after three months.
