Nose correction - rhinoplasty

This man suffered from nasal deviation to the left with relative airway obstruction on the right. He also requested a hump reduction.
Given the extent of the volume reduction, much of the length of the nose was preserved as a compromise. An important soft tissue excess on a small skeleton may lead to an unnatural result and may interfere with air passage.
A secondary correction was performed after eleven months to treat an irregularity at the roof of the nose and to improve airflow in the tip.
Age category: 20-24yrs.
