Upper and lower blepharoplasty, perioral phenol peel, facelift and neck lift

This patient had a correction to both her upper and lower eyelids, the cheek fat was lifted endoscopically and the skin around the mouth was treated with a phenol peel under local anaesthesia. Four days later a face and neck lift were performed under general anaesthesia.The correction was divided over two operative times because of its extent. This reduced general anaesthesia time significantly and held less risk than one extremely long procedure.
