One ml. of filler was used to treat the marionette folds. These vertical folds are caused by the descent of cheek skin over the lower lip and the chin. Increasing the volume of the lower lip is a camouflage technique; deep folds cannot be obliterated completely.
The wrinkles on the cheeks in the vicinity of the mouth were treated with one more ml. of filler.
