Lipofilling of the Breasts

This lady had a breast augmentation by lipofilling. Localised fat deposits were removed by liposculpture from the waistline, the lower part of the belly, the posterior aspect of the thighs and the inner aspects of the thighs and the knees. The operation therefore also led to a light body contour correction. 
The fat was rinsed and filtered and injected in the breast through 1.6 millimetre needles at the breast border, all around.
