This patient had a correction to the upper lids under local anaesthesia. Only skin excess was removed.
The natural crease in the eyelid was restored by microcoagulation, preventing the skin from sliding down over the lid margin.
This is the simplest variant of aesthetic blepharoplasty. It is performed in the office ("ambulatory treatment").
