Upper Eyelid Correction

This gentleman had a simple correction to the upper lids under local anaesthesia. Only skin excess was removed. 
Microcoagulation restored the natural crease in the eyelid, preventing the skin from sliding down over the lid margin.
This is the simplest variant of aesthetic blepharoplasty with the fastest recovery.
The frontal muscles elevate the eyebrows and help to open the eyes. After a blepharoplasty, this help is less required. When the frontal muscles are less tense, the face appears more relaxed and eyelid fatigue disappears but the eyebrows also drop a bit.
