Upper Blepharoplasty

This patient had a correction to the upper lids under local anaesthesia. Skin excess was removed. Because the skin was gliding downwards to far and too easily, it was surgically attached to the deeper layers of the eyelid in the natural lid crease. This kind of operation causes more temporary swelling and irritation than simple skin excision alone.
Age category: 50 - 54 years.
